You’re right about the overpopulation issue. But I think there are better ways of handling it then to be killing people. For instance, removing tax benefits for married and common law couples and/or adding incentives to remain single.

Birth control could also be subsidized 100%,with devices like IUDs fully covered and paid for.

Removing the stigma of being single also would help, which again, could be something like a tax break or incentive of some kind like paid vacations.

You’ve seen Gattaca right? If humanity moved to a similar kind of model of planning and “engineering” children, it might not actually be a bad idea.

It’s a tricky issue with having a world government, but how could the utopian version of it appear? Imagine if that was your goal and you were a Rothschild. Where and how would you start realizing this vision?
