That’s a fantastic article touching on concepts of Zen and mindfulness as well as the importance of retaining a childlike sense of wonder at the world around us.
It is so easy to fall into the trap of thinking ourselves to be experts, or to approach subjects with the air of false superiority and certainty.
I can also see how your words apply towards happiness in general. When we overcome the temptation of wanting to stereotype and make unfair assessment of others in our lives, we open ourselves and them, to new possibilities and ways of being creative. That is something I am grateful for being reminded of, and to remain viligant towards. Our preconceptions often have the chance of becoming a misconception, and we would do well to account for the possibility of being wrong and to allow humility to guide us towards truth without the obstruction of our egos along the way.
Looking forward to reading more from you.
