Good write-up Chris. I think we’re already beginning to see the signs of humanity waking up. The propaganda the MSM disseminates is having less of an influence on us than it used to.

I’m not sure how we could transition to a bartering society, or if that’s even what we should be aiming for. I also am not convinced that the earth can hold more and more people each year without at least some scarcity being made apparent. You’ll see this reflected in the principles of supply and demand in which food prices will continually go up and wages not keeping with inflation.

I desire a utopian society like you do. It absolutely would be an exciting life to focus on space travel, but until we resolve current issues, we would be little else than a “virus with shoes” if we begin multiplying our numbers (and bringing along our issues) throughout the universe. Colonizing Mars is a bad idea, although terraforming it makes a lot of sense.

Hrmph. Separation consciousness indeed. You’re right on that front. What do you suppose a needed catalyst would be to begin healing from this?
