What about Nixon or Bush? Bush, if you remember how he pushed for a war that the American people refused to sanction — was notorious for also laying the foundation for national surveillance with the Patriot Act, and his torture of POWs, establishing Guantanamo Bay, the 2008 bank bailout, 9/11 and his handling of hurricane Katrina… the list goes on.

I do like the idea of having three presidents, though.
